At Sol & Sky, we’re committed to delivering your pet’s essentials with care and reliability. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order ships.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and dispatched.

Shipping Timeline
We ship across India.
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather disruptions, or festive-season load.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.
Free Shipping Threshold: Orders above ₹499 also qualify for free shipping (no additional fees).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking link to follow your order in real time

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Sol & Sky is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customer unavailability
Local courier issues
If the package returns to us, we can reship once a corrected address is provided (additional charges may apply).

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of:
The outer package
Inner packaging
Specific product issue

International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
